MAPPS Inner Circle
The MAPPS PAC has been instrumental in giving a voice in Washington, DC to the private sector geospatial community. The progress MAPPS has made on a variety of issues -- reducing government competition, reforming the governance and organization of Federal geospatial activities, promoting a Federal land inventory, reforming Federal Prison Industries, enable commercial UAV operations, use of the private sector by State DoTs, creation of 3DEP and many others -- is made possible by the MAPPS PAC.
The MAPPS PAC accepts personal, individual, voluntary contributions. It combines those donations with those of others to make MAPPS PAC contributions to candidates for Federal office who support our free enterprise system and understand the vital role in it of geospatial firms in it. Contribute online today. Contributions must be personal, no corporate funds are permitted under Federal law.
During the upcoming conference in Washington, DC, the MAPPS PAC will host a special dinner for individuals who contribute $1,000 to the MAPPS PAC’s "Inner Circle.” Your contribution will entitle you (and spouse) to attend our special dinner to be held Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
Please join us for this dinner, which will feature a discussion of the political landscape as it affects private geospatial firms. Our guest will be Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) and others.
